Toner & Supplies

We stock toners from most major manufactures including Develop, Konica Minolta, Samsung, Ricoh, Sharp, Epson and Canon. Available, in most cases, for next day delivery when orderd before 12 noon.

Service & Repairs

Our engineers have over a 50 years experience in the servicing and repair of multi-function printers and photocopiers. Available as pay-as-you-go (PAYG) services or no worry cost per copy (CPC) agreements inclusive of toner.

Who we are, where we come from, and where we are going?

Opened in 2004 as Sapphire Document Solutions Ltd the team at Sapphire have used their decades of experience in the printer & photocopier market to build one of the North West and Wales leading suppliers.

With over a decade of hard work and success in hand 2016 see's Sapphire expand into addtional office and warehousing to better serve the needs of our team and customers.

The year also see's us re-name/brand as Sapphire Business Systems Ltd to reflect the growing portfolio of client services and bring our branding inline with our sister companies such as Sapphire QHSE LLP.

As one of the many quality, health, safety and environmental good practice we have implemented, the recycling of Sapphire ink and toner cartridges is one of the most significant.

Working with licenced specialist waste provider Zero Waste Recycling.

We are pleased to offer Sapphire customers the option of recycling their Sapphire ink and toner cartridges. By enrolling in the scheme you can help reduce the environmental impact of your own organisation by ensuring our toner cartridges and bottles never reach landfill sites and are instead re-used.
